The Nokia E72 is already shipping, according to company news. The E72, Nokia’s new flagship business handset, is a Symbian S60-powered QWERTY phone, the direct upgrade of the E71, with a trackpad instead of the directional pad we were used to. It also has a five-megapixel camera, 3G, Wi-Fi and GPS. A significantly improved interface and Instant Messenger are adding to this model. The Nokia E72 has a price of 350 Euros, equivalent to $525, before discounts. Two models supporting North American 3G, in Canadian and United States versions are available.

Nokia has also launched the upgraded version of a key feature handset, the 5330 Mobile TV Edition, the budget music phone of the company, provided with a DVB-H mobile TV tuner. Watching free, digital broadcasts is possible and there is also a programming guide used to pick channels. The device is optimized for this format and uses the headphones as an antenna. Battery life is long enough, supporting six hours of TV show. The headphone jack is 3.5-millimeter and the device has dedicated music controls. A 3.2-megapixel camera is also present and it has 3G as connectivity. The price promised to be a low one by Nokia is, before carrier discounts, 155 Euros or $232 equivalent.
