Nigerian Music - From California with Love (Flavour storms the BayArea) Nov 24 2011

Folks, the “Nabania Movement” is for real, just ask the California BayArea fans thrilled on thanksgiving day by Flavour & his crew.



The night started with dj and hype men working the crowd into a frenzy and soon got the ladies on the floor shaking and spinning it without a care in the world, and you can bet your last dollar the fellas soon joined in. Off course the place went nuts once word hit the audience that the star attraction & his crew of the occasion had just pulled up.



Arriving at the “Karribie” in a silver & black stretch limo, the screams from the ladies, made you think for a sec Brooklyn’s Busta Rhymes was in Oakland California.  Come to think of it they bear a certain resemblance.



Long graceful strides and a smile worth a million dollars, there is no question a star was in the building. On stage it was a wrap you all as the sex symbol had the ladies screaming & fellas hailing as Flavour delivered hit after hit, engaged in playful banter and constant tempo changes.  And though he pushed the entertainment envelope to the extreme, you knew, you were in the presence of a young man who feared God, loved Nigeria and shared true kin with his people from the east. (Igbo Kwe nu).



There is no doubt that the sky is the limit for Flavour and the “Nabania Movement.”  In fact take my word for it, and oh yes, be on the lookout for up and coming Filon Jay…
